Matt started here at Stocker in 2001 as an intern and graduated from Williamsport Pennsylvania Tech with an Associate Degree in Auto Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Tech Management. He is Stocker Chevrolet's Assistant Service Manager as well as holding an ASE certification. |

Joe has been in a Dealership for 30 years as a Service Advisor and Service Manager. He has been at Stocker since 2001 as a Service Advisor and Dispatcher. In 2008 he achieved a Certified GM Service Advisor Award. He is now our Customer Experience Manager over Chevrolet and Subaru. |

Jessie Poorman—Service Advisor (Subaru) |

Corina has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years, and the automotive industry for 10 years. She has bee n with Stocker Chevrolet as a Service Advisor since 2011. She became an ASE Certified Advisor in 2015. Corina is a proud parent of three 4H and FFA members who participate throughout the year in various Beef Cattle Events, fairs and shows. She also manages a small farm with her husband and children. |

Jessie has been with us here at Stocker since December 2013. She has been in the automotive field since 2000. Jessie grew up in the State College area and is a Certified Subaru Service Advisor. |

Jake has been a technician for 12 years and is now our Reconditioning Manager at the Chevrolet Service department. He is an ASE Certified Technician and also holds his state inspection and emissions license. In his free time he is a BSA soccer coach and enjoys spending time with his wife and children camping. |

Tony comes to us at Stocker by way of Philadelphia. Tony has a associates degree in Automotive Technology and has almost 40 years of automotive experience some as a technician but most as a service advisor. He started with us here at Stocker Subaru in September 2014. Tony is a Subaru Certified Service Advisor. |

Gus started in the automotive field in 2004 working in the sales field and then moved to service. Gus is a Master Certified Finance Manager and Certified Sales Manager. He joined us here at Stocker in 2008 as a Service Advisor. He is now Stocker Subaru’s Service Manager. |

Carlton has been in customer service for over 6 years and has been with Stockers as a Service Consultant approaching 2 years now. His last job was a Supervisor in the transportation Dept at Sandals Resorts Ocho Rios where he acquired basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. A warm, humble, gentle and fun loving guy who loves playing soccer and originated from the beautiful Island of Jamaica. Carlton is also a GM certified Service Consultant and a certified soccer coach for Center Soccer Association here in Pennsylvania. |

Shandra Dershimer — Service Advisor (Chevrolet) |

Shaundra grew up around cars with her grandfather and father teaching her the basics of vehicle maintenance and car care. Shaundra, her grandfather and father built a Factory Five Cobra kit car together, teaching and showing her more in depth of the suspension, engine and many other important components of the vehicle. She then started in the service department industry in 2011 after graduating in 2010. She has been with Stocker Chevrolet since December 2016. Shaundra and her husband enjoy spending time with their son and dog, going out with there vehicles four wheeling, camping and working on there own vehicles teaching their son the same basics.together teaching and showing me more in depth of the suspension, engine and other important components of the vehicle. I then started in the car service department industry in 2011 at another dealership after graduating in 2010. My husband and i enjoy spending time with our son and dog out four wheeling or working on our own vehicles teaching our son the same basics. |

I have been working as a service advisor since 1998. I will bring lots of knowledge and expertise to Stocker Subaru. Married to my wife Shanna Donovan since 1998 and have one daughter Taryn Donovan she attends Lock Haven University. Enjoy restoring old cars, boating, and fishing. Also club president to the Central Pennsylvania Street Machines Auto Club.
